ROCHAMBEAU: A word that was normally associated with the popular children's game rock, paper, scissors is no more. Nowadays, good buddies and creative master minds Joshua Cooper and Laurence Chandler have made the term their very own.
Long time friends, the duo both come from families involved in the printing industry. And though they weren't designers themselves, one could say that their close affiliations opened up a world of curiousity as well as visions of their own. The two begin taking notes, often learning from design companies triumphs as well as mistakes.
Rochambeau itself is one big juxtaposition. Looking at it, you almost instantly assume that the design team is either from LA, or Florida. Some place where a lot of surfing and sun is happening. Often perceived as being cool, but with a laid back beach wear vibe, There is no way that these guys a from NYC. Not the concrete jungle!!! But its true, they actually are. But what's so smart about Rochambeau's overall appeal is that they add just enough street and edge to the brand, it causes numerous demographics to like them.
For their S/S 2015 Collection Rochambeau stayed loyal to one of their main focuses. To design clothing for the man who enjoys standing out, and being an individual.
