It's a collaboratiotn that has many excited. Designer Rick Owens debuted his partnership with Converse during his Fall/Winter 21 show.  Although Owen's is mostly recognized for his post apocalyptic meets avant-garde aesthetic, the footwear that accompanies each collection always come with great anticipation.  

“When I think of Converse, I think of the black and white Chuck Taylors and the punk rock generation. These have always been iconic pillars of my aesthetic,” says Owens. “Wearing Chuck Taylors, you align yourself with a generation that was experimental. There is a confident dynamic to the subculture.”
