Bearded, buff, and tatted...  Declan's look  may seem to "gritty" for several people, but obviously not the for the world of fashion.  The fresh faced 20 year old has been doing his thing lately.  Represented by AMCK Models, I have noticed Declan popping up many places yet.  he has even been photographed  by one of my favorite photographers,  Dimtris Theocharis.
