Comme des Garçons Homme Plus FW19/20



Though it may be no surprise that Comme des Garcons Homme Plus' latest collection doesn't fall
 short of looks made of black textiles, it does come as somewhat of a shock to see
how dark the show was. But the explanation is simple. That's exactly what designer Rei kawakubo was going for. Inspired by 80's goth trends models were seen on the catwalk in heavy black eye makeup, with their hair spiked, frizzy, and very  unkempt looking. They looked as though they were products of a factory that was run by Brandon Lee's character Eric Draven of popular cult film The Crow, Adam Ant, and Sid Vicious.

Looks consisted of tailored blazers that were paired with harnesses and fishnet tights, leather chaps, knee length trousers with cut out detailing, all while being heavily layered in some cases
