UNDERCOVER FW 2019/20

Founded by Jun Takahashi in 1993, UNDERCOVER collections each season always come with an element of surprise. Heavily known for his aesthetic of infusing punk and American streetwear styles, Takahashi is also a wiz of textiles. He often uses unexpected fabrics to make his clothing. 

For the brands FW19/20 Collection, UNDERCOVER drew inspiration from the movie Clockwork Orange. Many of the models faces were concealed by masks, as the wore knitted berets and bowler hats. Bomber jackets and Track pants made of varying materials came down the runway, as some of the models carried those familiar walking sticks from the movie. And if that wasn't suggestive enough, about a third of the collection featured images of the movies lead character Alex, played by Malcolm McDowell.
